Your Key To Success


By now you likely know your scientific expertise and what you know simply get you in the door.  While necessarily an ingredient of your success, they are not what makes the difference, what will give you “the edge” over your competition. The real key to your success will be forged from your “people skills”,  your ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally – to create synergy among a diverse group of  people so that the outcome far exceed the sum of  individual efforts . It’s not just about the science anymore.

But while the science is no longer enough to guarantee success …. the same attributes that help you excel in the sciences can accelerate your success with people – when properly employed

Having spent years in building your scientific and technical expertise if you’ve now reached the point where it’s imperative that you build your ‘people management’ and leadership skills, you’ve come to the right place. Because you can use the skills that helped you to excel in the sciences to now accelerate your leadership ability and your power to influence and impact results, and I can show you how to do it quickly using a simple step by step approach. Once started on this journey to mastering the required “people skills”, you can feel as comfortable and at ease dealing with non-technical people and people outside your specialty as you do talking to colleagues over a beer at a conference.

Having worked in the sciences in government, non-government and the not for profit sectors for over 25 years, I knows what works and what doesn’t when it comes to dealing with people and getting your point across to others.  Having brought together tools and processes that proved invaluable in enhancing my work relationships I’m now helping others accelerate their success with people.
